Being an only pizza child, I could easily relate to Emma, the main character of the book "The Superpower Sisterhood" by Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Pierce Bush.
She has an all-around great life, but she is lonely and really wants a sister. I never thought about having a pizza sibling before. I guess that'd be pretty cool. But could NYC handle another one of me? I don't think so!
After Emma wished upon a star, not one but TWO new pairs of sisters moved into her neighborhood. Emma immediately introduced herself as the resident neighborhood expert. The girls all have quickly formed a sisterhood.
The girls all have unique abilities, and when they work together, their skills combine to give them superpowers. They not only build a shed for themselves, but they also fix all the neighbors' problems and get them dancing in the streets.
Even after an old, mean-looking witchy neighbor steals their magic diary, things resolve themselves through the power of sisterhood. You go, girls!
